This is a pick a path that I made myself. It's about the invasion of Normandy (D-Day).

This is my very last blog post before going to intermediate, I won't be able to post next year due to the school

My favourite activities this year were: Fibonacci spiral art, my visual description, our journal (1,2 and 3) and the garden I created. I also enjoyed race relations (only the food).

I also enjoyed camp (even tho I injured my ankle) and rainbows end (I killed myself by going to the fear fall, it's about 54 meters above sea level). I also enjoyed the Arataki trip (not the bug-sucking part but exploring the stuff in the house).

 So yeah, see you later.

Kauri Big Splash.

On Friday last week, it was an exciting day. We finally did the Big Splash after it got cancelled on Term 1 due to the hurricane.

After 3 terms we finally did it. I did the noodle tow thing with Ebony. When we almost finish, I almost lost my grip and had to hold on.

Ratio arts.

A few weeks ago, we used ratio to create art. I tried to make an epic one but, failed miserably. I found a few creative ones that my classmates created.

My Visual Description

The gigantic bird

The bird has a huge, horizontal oval shaped torso. The bird’s neck is a long and starts of large and starts to get smaller.

Its tall, thick legs are similar to chicken legs but larger. It has a huge, bird-like feet with three sharp claws for digging up its prey.

The head is a half circle with a short, large beak that curves down. The eyes are small.

The bird can grow over 2 meters tall, they are normally dark brown with a feathery body.

It went extinct over a hundred years ago due to over hunting.

Our Journal

This is a Journal me, Claire, Matthew, Te Tane, Solomone and Zac made. I made the content, the credits and wrote a few storys. Hope you enjoy it!

Athletics 2018

On Tuesday, we had athletics. We had to do high jump, long jump, discus, shot put and running.

I ran the 800 meters (it was exhausting, I don't know what place I came) and in the 100 meters race I came 4th or 5th.

The worst thing about it was, I had a bloody nose in the middle of running and had to stop because I started panicking. 

It took about 10-15 minutes to walk to Lovelock track (or something) from our school. When we finished athletics, we had to walk back to school and trust me, nobody liked it.
